Quantum Index is built as a public curation site. We collect limited operational data to keep the site reliable, understand aggregate reader interest, protect analytics from abuse, and process voluntary reader support through Stripe.

Information collected by Quantum Index

We collect a small amount of technical and usage information: page views, click events on curated items, request metadata, browser user agent, and IP-derived rate-limit signals. Click analytics are used to identify popular stories and to protect the integrity of interest counts.

The public site does not require a reader account. The admin area uses ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to an allowlisted administrator.

Reader support and payment data

If you support the site, payment details are processed by Stripe. Quantum Index does not store card numbers, wallet credentials, or bank account details. Stripe may provide limited transaction information such as amount, currency, payment status, receipt email, and payment identifier so the support payment can be processed and reconciled.

How information is used

Operate and secure the public feed and admin console.
Measure aggregate reader interest without selling rankings.
Detect abusive traffic, spam, and click inflation.
Process voluntary support payments through Stripe.
Improve source coverage, curation quality, and site reliability.

Third-party services and external links

Quantum Index uses Stripe for payment processing and OpenAI/Sites infrastructure for hosting and authentication-related routing. The feed also links to third-party source pages. When you visit Stripe or an external source, that service may process data according to its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Analytics and rate-limit records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for site operation, abuse prevention, and aggregate trend analysis. If you contact us about privacy, we may retain the message long enough to respond and maintain an operational record.
